Our project management team is driven by advanced product quality planning process and work closely with customers, in-house manufacturing and with suppliers. This team engage themselves right from concept design to distribution and works as an extended arm of customer’s own staff. This dedicated project management cell, emphasizes on product applications, derive goals, set priorities and delivery requirements, which is reviewed on continuous basis for improvement. Problem solving is the key element at every phase of the project and thus targets are met or exceed customer goals every time.

Our highly responsive materials management group closely work with customers to understand the exact needs. Value analysis process will go through every transaction and sourcing is done across the globe for achieving lowest total cost to our customers without compromision quality. Moulding:

With the extensive experience in molding our EDMS can provide complete engineering plastic solutions and thin wall technologies for cost effective solutions with high level of flexibility. Our EDMS can also handle midsize and low size programs. Specialized molding machines are installed in house to cater insert molding and encapsulation of electrical and electronic product assemblies using very low pressures. Our quality system ensures complete control throughout the manufacturing processes. Today we are capable of handling wide variety of plastics like PP, ABS, SAN, PC, PA6, PA66, PA46, POM, PS, PVC, PTFE and with glass fillers up to 50% and mineral fillers.



Press work:

We have complex, multi station press die design and build capabilities for ferrous and non-ferrous components. We are able to handle copper, brass, phosphor bronze and beryllium copper materials in non ferrous category.


Rubber moulding:

We handle Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicon, PVC based Rubber products with tooling.


Other manufacturing facilities:

Our other Manufacturing Facilities Includes laser marking, wiring harness, PC board assembly (with electronic components) and selective die cast components.

Our high caliber engineers provide extensive tool design and tool development support to the customer. Our tool capability is proven for most intricate engineering plastic toolings and multistation press die design, rubber moulds and other production related toolings. We are focussed on cost effective toolings and thrust on reduced time to market, catered for both high and low end programs.

Our state of the art in-house assembly provides superior manufacturer products through continual training to employees. It encompasses uses manual to automated assembly lines to handle from small batch productions to large volumes. Customization is our key element of success in this area. Online and Offline testing are part of the assembly line processes for electromechanical, electrical and electronic product assemblies.

The Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis[DFMEA], Design For Manufacturability[DFM], Design Of experiments[DOE], Design For Testability[DFT] are part of our APQP[Advanced Product Quality Planning] process with checklist reviews. We use 3-D CAD Modeling Softwares like PRO-E and export datas to tooling development. Fully functional prototypes are developed with test results and submitted to the customers at their request. Production line and assembly line Jigs,fixtures and testing programs are planned upfront during development phase.
