Moulding:
With the extensive experience in
molding our EDMS can provide complete
engineering plastic solutions and
thin wall technologies for cost
effective solutions with high level
of flexibility. Our EDMS can also
handle midsize and low size programs.
Specialized molding machines are
installed in house to cater insert
molding and encapsulation of electrical
and electronic product assemblies
using very low pressures. Our quality
system ensures complete control
throughout the manufacturing processes.
Today we are capable of handling
wide variety of plastics like PP,
ABS, SAN, PC, PA6, PA66, PA46, POM,
PS, PVC, PTFE and with glass fillers
up to 50% and mineral fillers.
Press work:
We have complex, multi station press
die design and build capabilities
for ferrous and non-ferrous components.
We are able to handle copper, brass,
phosphor bronze and beryllium copper
materials in non ferrous category.
Rubber moulding:
We handle Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile,
Silicon, PVC based Rubber products
with tooling.
Other manufacturing facilities:

selective die cast components.

art in-house assembly provides superior
manufacturer products through continual
training to employees. It encompasses
uses manual to automated assembly
lines to handle from small batch
productions to large volumes. Customization

this area. Online and Offline testing
are part of the assembly line processes
for electromechanical, electrical
and electronic product assemblies.
The Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis[DFMEA],
Design For Manufacturability[DFM],
Design Of experiments[DOE], Design
For Testability[DFT] are part of
our APQP[Advanced Product Quality
Planning] process with checklist
reviews. We use 3-D CAD Modeling
Softwares like PRO-E and export
datas to tooling development. Fully
functional prototypes are developed
with test results and submitted
to the customers at their request.
Production line and assembly line
Jigs,fixtures and testing programs
are planned upfront during development
phase.
Our ISO 9001 and TS 16949 ensures
that quality standards are achieved
and maintained. Performance is tracked
each and every area through Internal
auditing process, product and manufacturing
process quality audit. we are also
UL certified for our micro switch
range of products. Customer’s
audits are carried out on periodic
basis. Our quality system ensures
on-line,real-time defect tracking.
